Hi, I'm Rajeef

I'm a Senior UX Engineer at Google with over 10 years of industry experience building intuitive, human-centered technology.
My work has been focused on leading technical direction , bridging design and engineering , and mentoring teams to solve complex problems.

This passion for empathy and mentorship is also my personal calling.

As a neurodivergent professional, I know what it's like to navigate the corporate world by masking to thrive -> constantly adapting, managing energy, and trying to fit into systems not built for how my brain works.Everything changed when I discovered coaching.It was my own transformative coaching journey that empowered me to move beyond just surviving at work and build a life aligned with my values.
This experience, combined with my community work parents of Neurodivergent children, as an Executive Member of SPARK, inspired me to train as a neurodivergent coach.

As a father, and a fellow professional, I get it.

I am now a Certified ADHD-Informed Coach, working towards my ACC accreditation with ICF.
